The food pyramid is a representation of the food that we have to consume habitually.

The pyramid has seven floors or seven levels.

1 Level: In the first level is the part of the pyramid that represents the food that we have to eat daily, the best part are cereals. (from quarter to six rations for day)

2 Level: In the second level is the part of the pyramid that we have to eat daily five pieces, in that part are the fruit and vegetables.

3 Level: In the third level are dairy products, they have to be consumed almost every day. (from two to four rations for day)

4.5 Level: In the fourth level and five there is meat and fish. (two rations for day)

6.7 Level: At level six and seven there is oil and sugar or sweets. They are the products that have to be consumed much less.
